Saponin is extracted from tea seed,saponin is a natural surfactant,it can dissolve in water to form a stable soapy forth.

 

Applications:

1)The area of agrochemistry

Saponin is a good biological pesticide,underground vermin are difficult to deal with.However,camellia saponin-based,sepcialised pesticides are capable of killing cutworms,earthworms,nematodes and so forth efficiently.These pesticides incur no contamination.In addition,refined tea saponins as the main forms of environmentally friendly additives can be widely used in pesticides,fungicides,herbicides,meanwhile improving the rate of pesticide suspension.

 

2)The field of aquaculture

Tea saponin as the main basis for cleaning pond agent,on the one hand,can be used to clean ponds before shrimp farming,and aslo can be used to kill predators in the process of cultivation;on other hand,it can make the shrimp exuviate in the early time and stimulate the growth of it.At the same time it can kill wireworm and as such well attached to the crab.
